About us
A family business focused on the next generations
With more than five decades of experience in agribusiness and real estate, the HP Group has been built on solid partnerships, responsible management, and a long-term vision.
Avocado HP, a Brazilian company dedicated to the sustainable production of Hass avocados, is the latest chapter of this story. Founded by Mr. Herculano Pires, together with his grandsons, represents the union of tradition and innovation — combining the Group’s accumulated expertise with the determination of the new generation to preserve and expand the family legacy.
At Avocado HP, we merge technology, soil science, and high-performance management to deliver fruit that meets the highest global standards. Our purpose is clear: to position Brazil as a global leader in the avocado market while cultivating the future of Hass avocados with excellence, sustainability, and positive impact.
As Mr. Herculano always said, “you must care for the land you cultivate.” Guided by this principle, sustainability has been at the core of Avocado HP’s strategy from the very beginning. We are committed to nurturing the soil, fostering a healthy and safe workplace, respecting people, and protecting the environment — ensuring excellence today and a positive legacy for generations to come.
